Welcome to the Voxant Internet site (the “Site”). Please review these Site terms (“Terms of Use”) which govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use please do not use or access this Site.

Voxant operates this Site within the United States. All claims relating to, and including, the use of this Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You and Voxant agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with this Terms of Use. If you choose to access this Site from any other location, you personally assume the liabilities and compliance with the applicable state laws, and indemnify Voxant against all such claims.

Site Restrictions, Ownership, and Content

All content, information, designs, writings, video, data and images (collectively, “Content”) are owned, controlled or licensed for use by Voxant and its approved representatives. Permission is granted to display, print or download Content only in the effort to shop or place orders with Voxant.

With the exception of shopping or placing an order, none of the Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted electronically or mechanically, downloaded, transmitted, photocopied or in any way reproduced without the express written consent of Voxant. To clarify, this permission does not include linking to any internal or subsidiary pages of the Site located one or several levels down from the main page (“deep linking”); any action that imposes or may impose (in Voxant’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Voxant’s infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by Voxant to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Voxant.

We may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Voxant has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Voxant is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Voxant shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Under no circumstances shall Voxant be liable for special, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits without regard to the form of action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, other tortious acts, all arising or in conjunction with the usage, copying or display of this Site.

Impressions of content from Voxant's Newsroom must result from genuine user interest. Any method that artificially generates renders or plays of Voxant's Newsroom content on your site is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to hidden or unreadable content, repeated manual clicks or impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Voxant also prohibits any action that imposes or may impose (in Voxant’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Voxant’s infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by Voxant to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Voxant. You will not be paid for traffic generated by any of these methods. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to your account being disabled.
Voxant may revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this Site you agree to such notification and should regularly visit this posting to review any and all changes. You agree that in the event any portion of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Use will remain in effect and enforceable under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Voxant provides this Site and all contents on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranty or conditions of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Although Voxant believes that this site is current and accurate Voxant does not warrant that the information accessible on this Site is accurate, complete or current.

Voxant reserves the right to amend, change or alter prices at any time and for any applicable and lawful reason that Voxant may see fit, and is not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors that may occur.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Terms of Use, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of this Terms of Use that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of this Terms of Use.
